M/s SKN Freight Terminal (SKNFT) Private Limited, incorporated on 29th July 2021 as a Private Limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) has been promoted by Mr. Satish Chopra and Mr. Karan Chopra to setup a Green Field Private Freight Terminal (PFT) at Dharuhera, District Rewari, Haryana for providing efficient and reliable multi modal logistics support for export and domestic trade & commerce. The company’s Registered Office is located at 12, Forest Lane, Ghitroni, New Delhi.

About SKN Freight Terminal
A subsidiary company namely SKN Freight Terminal Private Limited has been established for setting up a Private Freight Terminal (PFT) providing railway based logistic services and other ancillary services at New Dharuhera Station, District Rewari (Haryana) on Western Dedicated Freight Corridor being developed by Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited.
The Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC) is a broad-gauge freight corridor under construction by DFCCIL. It will connect Dadri near India's capital, Delhi with India's economic hub, Navi Mumbai. This corridor will cover a distance of 1483 km and would be electrified with double line operation.
Western DFC is exclusively for transporting the freight at higher speed with increased load carrying capacity. Main freight includes containers, fertilizers, food grains, salt, coal, iron, steel and cement.
The company has been issued a Letter of award from The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd, a company promoted and owned by the Govt. of India under the Ministry of Railways.
The Company will develop, manage and operate Private Freight Terminal (PFT) at New Dharuhera. The facility is expected to be operational by April 2024. The facility shall provide multi-model logistics solutions to customers

Combining technical expertise with strategic business insight, Mr Karan Chopra has successfully led the organisation towards achieving new milestones in SKN-HCGDPL project expansion across Gurugram, Bhiwadi & Puducherry.
